Day 1
Get ready for an unforgettable day filled with incredible wildlife and interactive adventures! Your trip includes a Total Experience Ticket, giving you full access to premier exhibits and attractions. Step inside the Congo Gorilla Forest to view majestic primates up close, wander through Jungleworld, explore the World of Reptiles, or take a whimsical ride on the Bug Carousel. You can also catch live Sea Lion and Penguin feedings, walk through the Butterfly Garden, or head to the Children's Zoo where you can pet and feed friendly farmyard animals like goats, sheep, and donkeys. With so much to see and do, there is never a dull moment!
Important Trip Details:
1. Comfort & Walking: Please wear comfortable, walking shoes! A good amount of walking is involved throughout the day, including the walk between the bus parking area and the zoo entrance.
2. Zoo Admission Policy: Please note that zoo tickets do not allow re-entry. If you leave the zoo grounds during our stay, you will not be permitted to re-enter without purchasing a new ticket at your own expense.
3. Meals & Fast-Food Stops: Lunch is on your own and at your expense while at the zoo, where a variety of dining options are available. For your convenience, we will make two brief fast-food stops (at passenger expense): a short morning rest stop on the way to NYC, and a short stop for dinner on the drive home.
4. Schedule: We plan to arrive at the zoo at approximately 11:30 a.m. and will depart for home at 5:00 p.m.
