DAY 1
Get ready for a whirlwind day of adventure as we head to the City of Brotherly Love! Our journey begins with a brief comfort stop along the way, preparing us for a day dedicated to incredible wildlife. Our first main stop is the world-renowned Philadelphia Zoo, America's very first zoo, where you will have approximately three hours of free time to explore at your leisure. Step into a lush, 42-acre Victorian garden where you can marvel at thousands of exotic animals from around the globe, including majestic tigers in Big Cat Falls, playful primates, and gentle giants in the Gorilla Reserve. You have the freedom to grab lunch on your own at one of the many fun dining spots either here, at the Zoo or later at the Aquarium. After our time among the land creatures, we will dive into the deep blue at the Adventure Aquarium on the Camden waterfront, where we will spend about two and a half hours immersed in incredible marine life. You can walk through the thrilling Shark Realm, get up close with playful African Penguins, and stand mesmerized by the massive Ocean Realm exhibit, home to sea turtles, stingrays, and schools of dazzling fish. This immersive experience is designed to excite all ages! With our hearts full of memories of lions and leopard sharks, we’ll depart for home, making a final, convenient dinner stop along the way to refuel from our wild day out.
