DAY 2

Wake to breakfast included at the hotel before you board the motorcoach and depart for Goat Island which is located between the American Falls and the Horseshoe Falls. Upon arrival, you have admission included for the Cave of the Winds and the Observation Tower. Come closer to the Falls than you ever thought possible. Ride an elevator deep into the Niagara Gorge, and then receive a poncho and special footwear to follow a tour guide over a series of wooden walkways to the famous "Hurricane Deck". You will stand at a railing that is a mere 20 feet from the waters of the Bridal Veil Falls, the smallest of three Falls in Niagara, to witness the rushing waters and feel the spray of the waters from the thunderous Falls head-on. The Observation Tower provides the only panoramic view of all three Niagara Falls, including the American Falls. Next, admission is included for the Maid of the Mist boat cruise that takes you past the American and Bridal Veil Falls and into the basin of the magnificent Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Water rushes all around as you soak in the excitement and explore the roar of the Falls. The water falls from a height of 167 feet at a rate of 600,000 U.S. gallons per second from the Horseshoe Falls. You will receive a poncho to wear during your cruise. After your heart-pounding, one-of-a-kind experience, you will have lunch on your own in the area and enjoy a self-guided gorge walk. Then, return to the hotel for the afternoon for some down time to explore the area or enjoy the hotel amenities. Dinner is also on your own tonight.

DAY 3

Breakfast is included this morning before you depart the hotel for the Aquarium of Niagara where admission is included for a self-guided visit. The Aquarium was originally opened in the 1960's by a small group of chemists and scientists as a privately-owned corporation. Today, the Aquarium is home to sea lions and seals, a colony of Humboldt penguins, an interactive habitat with sharks, stingrays and various marine invertebrates, as well as other fish and invertebrates to view during the visit. Afterwards, you travel to the historic village of Lewiston for lunch on your own. Lewiston is referred to as the birthplace of Niagara Falls because the falls began developing 12,000 years ago at the Niagara Gorge, which begins in Lewiston. Next, it's off to the Niagara Power Vista for an exciting and interactive exhibit designed to let you experience the power of Niagara Falls. Understand electricity through the eyes of pioneers like Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison and see how the massive Robert Moses Dam plays a role in providing power. Have the chance to design your own dam, operate a power grid during a storm, walk through a turbine, and become immersed in a state-of-the-art, 4-D virtual ride that takes you plummeting from the sky and into the Niagara River. You then return to the hotel for the remainder of the afternoon and night on your own to explore Niagara Falls and have dinner on your own.

DAY 4

Once again, breakfast is included at the hotel before you check out (passengers are responsible to carry their own baggage and carry-on to the motorcoach) and depart for Lockport, NY for a Canal Cruise. Your fun and informative cruise will take you past five of the original 1800's locks. Three million gallons of water fill Locks 34 & 35, the only double set on the Erie Canal, and raise the boat 50 feet. You'll pass under Lockport's "Upside Down Bridge," Lockport's "Big Bridge" (the widest bridge in the U.S. at 399 feet wide, through the deep rock cut and under lift bridges. Once back on land, lunch is included canal side before you depart for home. Meal and rest stops will be made along the way.
