DAY 1
Celebrate spring with a trip to Ocean City, Maryland for the 33nd Annual Springfest held on the Inlet at Ocean City's famous Boardwalk. Following a fast-food stop at your expense along the way, you arrive at approximately 2:00 p.m. in Ocean City, MD for a three-night stay at the Quality Inn Boardwalk (410-289-4401) located on 16th Street and Boardwalk. Make yourself at home at the seaside Quality Inn Boardwalk conveniently located near some of Ocean City's finest seafood restaurants, nighttime entertainment venues, and family amusements; there's something for everyone. The hotel features 2 outdoor swimming pools, full-service restaurant, complimentary wireless internet, fitness facility, and bicycles to rent in addition to other recreational opportunities such as an arcade/game room. Your oceanfront room amenities include an eat-in kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as cable television and a private balcony for you to relax on and soak in the breathtaking ocean views. The remainder of the day is yours to do as you please. You may even want to take a stroll or catch a down-bound tram (fees apply for tram rides to and from the event site) to the inlet to enjoy time at Springfest and satisfy your appetite with a fabulous variety of Eastern Shore specialties and more prepared by various food vendors.
**PLEASE NOTE: You will arrive at the Quality Inn Boardwalk at approximately 2:00 p.m. depending upon traffic. Please be aware that your room will not be available until 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to use the hotel amenities, stroll the Boardwalk or hit the beach before check-in. Therefore, we suggest that you pack a carry-on bag with your bathing suit, beach towel, walking shoes, etc. to begin enjoying your getaway to Ocean City. You may return to the lobby area at 4:00 p.m., not before, to obtain your room keys. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
DAY 2
Wake to the sounds of the ocean and panoramic views of the sprawling beach and ocean from your private balcony and begin to think about and plan your day. You may choose to get an early start to beat the crowds at Springfest featuring family-friendly, live entertainment along with talented artisans selling their handmade arts and crafts, and mouthwatering food options. Of course, you may want to unwind and hit the beach or stroll the boardwalk, the day is yours to do as you please. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are on your own as you spend the day enjoying all that Ocean City has to offer.
DAY 3
Once again, the day is yours to relax on the beach, stroll the boardwalk for souvenirs or people watch from a bench, or take in the entertainment and grab a bite at Springfest. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are on your own as you enjoy Ocean City your way.
DAY 4
Breakfast is on your own this morning and hotel check-out is by 11:00 a.m. The morning is yours to relax and enjoy the beach or browse the Boardwalk shops and Springfest vendors for some last-minute souvenirs before you depart for home. You may also want to grab a bite of lunch before departing Ocean City at 1:00 p.m. A dinner stop at your expense will be made on the way home.
